I faced numerous issues during my stay. There was no hot water on the first night, and I felt frustrated having to ask multiple times to get it addressed. Additionally, I was disappointed with the lack of housekeeping. I had to request clean towels repeatedly, which should have been a standard service.

We loved our stay with the kids! The location was fantastic, allowing us to visit the nearby CuriOdyssey museum and zoo, which the kids enjoyed immensely. The room was spacious and clean, making our family time comfortable and enjoyable.
